Inbox messages

The example above shows the view and information displayed by default.

  • Creation date: is the date your inbox message has been created 
  • Activation date: is the date your inbox message has been activated
  • Recurrence: schedule type of your inbox message

Displays
 
Number of inbox displays generated during the selected period. 

This information is taken into account when the user goes to the inbox notification center into the app.

Openings

Number of inbox openings generated during the selected period. This information is taken into account when the user clicks on the inbox to have more information.

Clicks
Number of inbox clicks generated during the selected period. This information is taken into account when the user clicks on the button of the inbox.

 

Please, find hereunder a concrete example: 

The understanding for "Test Accengage" is :

  • The inbox message has been created on July 1st, 2020 and has been activated on the same day.

  • It has been displayed 1 times in total and has generated 1 opening and 1 click.

 

Be aware 

Unlike pushes or in-apps, an inbox can be opened/clicked multiple times. This is why you can observe higher volumes for openings/clicks (vs. displays) for this type of messages.

 

On the export file, the data are calculated the same way as described previously. 
The selected time format (hours, days, weeks, months) will be the one for the export file. It contains all the reactions of the day for messages sent the same day, and the reactions of the day for messages sent days before.
